How to Access the Members-Only WKSU Stream

Ideastream Public Media offers a Members-Only WKSU Stream! During on-air campaigns for WKSU, Sustainers and Idealeaders can access this stream through the member portal and avoid fundraising interruptions.

How do I connect to the Members-Only WKSU Stream online?

1. Log in to your “My Membership” account or create an account for My Membership
2. Look for the "Membership News" box.
3. If you are eligible, you will find a link for the Pledge Free Stream.

How do I access the Members-Only WKSU Stream from the Ideastream Public Media Mobile App?

1. Open the Ideastream Public Media App on your mobile device.
2. Click on the NEWS tab at the top of the app.
3. Click on the Members-Only WKSU Stream box in the horizontal row of boxes at the top of the page.
4. Click the "Click here to get connected" button.
5. Log in to the My Membership portal.
6. Go back to the NEWS tab and click on the Members-Only WKSU Stream box. The Members-Only stream will be active at the bottom of this page.

I'm having issues with the WKSU Members-Only Stream in the Ideastream Public Media app. What can I do?

• Make sure you have the most recent update for the app. Check your app store for the newest available download.
• Update your device's operating system to its newest version.
• Delete your current app and redownload from the appropriate app store.
